Welcome to SHUL

Practical Action, Not Pity

Welcome to Spark of Hope Uganda Limited (SHUL). We are a registered, non-profit, faith-inspired organization based in Rubindi Sub-county, Mbarara District, with our operational headquarters in Biharwe Town.

We are deeply concerned about the socio-economic challenges facing orphaned children, vulnerable youth, and disadvantaged women. Our response is not pity – but practical action: skills, food, shelter, counseling, and spiritual care. We restore hope.
