Practical Action, Not Pity
Welcome to Spark of Hope Uganda Limited (SHUL). We are a registered, non-profit, faith-inspired organization based in Rubindi Sub-county, Mbarara District, with our operational headquarters in Biharwe Town.
We are deeply concerned about the socio-economic challenges facing orphaned children, vulnerable youth, and disadvantaged women. Our response is not pity – but practical action: skills, food, shelter, counseling, and spiritual care. We restore hope.

Registered at sub-county, district, URSB & National NGO Bureau. Non-political, non-profit.
Non-Profit Commitment
No director receives dividends. All funds go directly to our objectives (Constitution Art. 5.8).

Our Four Flagship Projects

Youth Skilling Centre
Vocational & life skills for self-reliance. Tailoring, carpentry, hairdressing, mechanics, bakery, digital literacy.

Conference Centre + Hostels
Safe accommodation for university students + conference hall hire. Income supports SHUL's charitable work.

Agrobusiness Centre for Women
Farming training, value addition, and market access. Average household income increase of +65%.

Children's Day Care Home
Safe, loving day care for children 0-6 years. Nutritious meals, early learning, and spiritual nurturing.
