SHUL is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and managed day-to-day by the Executive Director. All Board members serve voluntarily — only verified expenses are reimbursed (Constitution Article 20). Their diverse expertise in education, faith, finance, and community development drives our mission.

The Executive Director heads the secretariat, manages daily operations, implements Board decisions, and represents SHUL in all official capacities.

Secretary
Manages the official records, correspondence, and documentation of SHUL, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Ms. Irene Atumwa
Treasurer
Oversees all financial management, budgeting, and ensures SHUL funds are used strictly for organizational objectives.

Contributes expertise in child welfare and community health programs to advance SHUL's mission.
Mr. Bruce Kakuru

Brings experience in rural development and agricultural programs that support SHUL's agrobusiness initiatives.

Supports youth programming and skills development, leveraging community networks in Mbarara.
